Chem-Trend Spray Foam Silicone
Chem-Trend Spray Foam Silicone Release is a blend of silicone’s and specialized parting agents that are specifically designed to prevent spray polyurethane foam insulation from adhering to most surfaces where the product is applied.
Chem-Trend Spray Foam Silicone Release acts as an effective barrier to keep over-spray of polyurethane foam insulation from adhering to items such as your spray gun, spray equipment, tub & shower stalls and other non-porous surfaces. Once your job is complete, you can simply pull/brush the foam off of any surface to which the Chem-Trend Spray Foam Silicone has been applied to. The spray will need to be reapplied over time as it will work itself off each time you strip away foam.
It is important to note that the Chem-Trend Spray Foam Silicone Release spray needs to be applied onto a clean and dry surface for best performance.
APPLICATION
- Shake can well when starting a new can and before each use.
- Thoroughly clean the application surface. Wipe dry with a clean cloth or towel.
- Hold aerosol spray can 8-10″ (20-25 cm) from application surface. Apply a light, uniform coating using a sweeping motion.
- Reapply as needed to ensure adequate release ease.
